If you've ever bought those ultra-soft King’s Hawaiian rolls at Costco or Sam’s Club, visiting their full-scale bakery and restaurant in Torrance is an absolute must! We dropped in for breakfast, and honestly, everything was surprisingly good. Here is how our meal stacked up: Pancakes & French Bread with Egg: Fluffy, comforting, and perfectly prepared. You can really taste the freshness in their baked goods. Hawaiian-Style Breakfast Burrito: The absolute standout! Honestly, this Hawaiian-style burrito was better than what I’ve had at a lot of dedicated Mexican spots. It’s a definite must-try. Beyond the food, the service was excellent and attentive, friendly, and efficient. Plus, they have a huge parking lot, making it super easy to pull up, park, and head right in without the usual Los Angeles parking headache. Whether you're stopping by to pick up fresh baked goods or sitting down for a full meal, this place lives up to the name!

If you only know King’s Hawaiian from the grocery store, this place is worth checking out. It feels like a little taste of Hawaii. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The aquarium was a nice touch and kept the kids entertained while we waited. The bakery has plenty to choose from, including fresh bread, pastries, and donuts. We also liked browsing the small gift shop with exclusive King’s Hawaiian merchandise. The food was good, especially the BBQ plate and the sliders. Of course, the sweet bread was fresh and lived up to the name. It is more than just a restaurant. It is a fun place to eat, shop, and spend a little time with the family. I would definitely stop by again if I am in the area.

King's Hawaiian Restaurant is a great spot for a family meal. The iconic Hawaiian bread is always a delicious way to start, setting the tone for a satisfying dining experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the food is consistently good with something for everyone to enjoy. It's especially great for families with little ones, thanks to the comfortable atmosphere and kid-friendly options. Before you leave, be sure to stop by the bakery and pick up a sweet treat or some fresh Hawaiian bread to take home. It's the perfect ending to a great meal.

Great experience at King’s Hawaiian in Torrance. They started us off with complimentary Hawaiian rolls which were soft, warm, and delicious. We ordered the BBQ Mix Plate, Lava Bowl, and Spam Musubi. The BBQ plate was solid, especially the teriyaki sauce. The musubi presentation with cucumber and ginger on the side was a nice touch. The standout dish was definitely the Lava Bowl. Amazing sauce and perfectly cooked noodles. The atmosphere was fun too, especially the fish tank inside. Before leaving we grabbed several desserts to-go including the pineapple cheesecake, paradise cheesecake, guava slice cake, lilikoi cookies, and apple coffee cake. Would definitely come back.

Food 4/5 - Came for breakfast, ordered waffle combo with bacon, Hawaiian eggs benedict with kalua pork, and a malasada. Everything tasted fine. Waffle combo is your typical breakfast item. Hawaiian eggs benedict, the english muffins aren’t toasted and the eggs are poached hard, not runny like a typical eggs benedict. The kalua pork and the Hawaiian potatoes were good. The malasada was dry, as if it were leftovers from the previous day. Price $$ - Price is fair with the portions that were served. Service 3/5 - Service is average, our server spent more time taking care of the tables next to us, but fortunately our coffees were refilled by another server that brings food from the kitchen. Atmosphere 5/5 - Interior is good with Hawaiian themed decor. Overall - Had a pleasant experience and would visit again.
